flirting flamingo Yoga position

Hey fellow geeks

I inverted a new yoga position called the flirting flamingo.

It has the following effects if held for 20 seconds;
1. nausea
2. temporary blindness
3. a sore helmet

Admittedly I am not an yoga expert.
